EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchanges or returns are permitted in the following cases:
1. The items have not been used;
2. Items are returned within the legal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Exchanges or returns are not permitted in the following cases, in which the customer consents to the loss of the right to free resolution:
1. Seasonal items
2. Discounted items.
The products must not show signs of use and must be in salable condition, and the customer will be held responsible for the depreciation of the goods resulting from handling that exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
The costs arising from the exchange of products will be borne by the Customer, in accordance with article 13 of DL nº 24/2014 of February 14th.
All elements supplied with the product (including respective packaging) are essential for the eventual return of the product. Once the products are returned, they will be analyzed and their condition will be checked. The costs of returning products due to the exercise of the right of free resolution will be borne by the customer.
The customer may be responsible for the depreciation of the goods resulting from handling that exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions:
Defect caused by transport:
When delivering the goods, in the presence of the carrier, the customer must always check the number of packages received and whether they have visible defects such as: dents, torn boxes, wet/damp boxes, noise from broken contents. If the packaging presents any type of visible damage, the customer must clearly indicate this on the Delivery Note, writing “material subject to checking”, “damaged packaging” or other indication that it deems appropriate. Without this safeguard, it will not be possible to assert your claim with the carrier.
Any anomalies detected upon receipt of the material must be communicated within a maximum period of 24 hours after receiving the material, via email so that we can analyze and follow up on the complaint in a timely manner. Any defect (visible or not) caused by transport and reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.
If there is an error in delivery and products are delivered that were not ordered or are different in color, size, etc. The products must be returned to the store at no additional cost to the customer, directly through the freight forwarder.
These terms and conditions of exchange are drawn up in accordance with DL no. 24/2014, of February 14th.
Can I return my online purchase?
You have the possibility to change your mind and return your purchase, communicating this intention within 30 days from the date you received the Products, via our email: henrique.manso@gmail.com.
The costs of sending the return by post will always be borne by the customer.
To return by post, you must insert a copy of the online order and return the Products within 14 days of placing the order.
How can I return my order in a store?
Buy online and if you change your mind, exchange or return the products in the physical store within 30 days of delivery of the order. You must present a copy of the request. You will just have to follow these simple steps:
1. Deliver the items to the Henrique Sanches Manso store
2. You will have the option to return and receive a refund or exchange.
3.If you choose refund, you will be offered different refund modes (order payment mode, return receipt to be spent after the fact).
